Semi-detached dwellings, Drummoyne

This project involved a second attempt at approval for an attached dual occupancy where the previous was refused.

The site was located in a prominent location in a heritage conservation and did not meet the required minimum width for dual occupancy development. A carefully formulated planning rationale combined with careful design advice resulted in a sensitive outcome and an approval.
