An 8 unit development with basement parking on an extremely difficult narrow, oddly shaped and isolated site.

Despite numerous but necessary non-compliances resulting from the site constraints, approval was achieved through a section 34 conciliation conference in the Land and Environment Court. The result is a well-mannered and quality contribution to this evolving streetscape.
