This project involved the often unsuccessful challenge of demolishing an existing dwelling in a heritage conservation area.
A careful design and planning strategy for this prominent corner site resulted not only in the approval of a new dwelling, but also a large basement garage and secondary dwelling resulting in maximum use of the site.
