Completed in 1924, the Bushell’s Building was once a bustling seven storey factory noted for its progressive methods for tea blending and packing, packaging design and printing, and dispatch.
In 2019, Havas engaged Hammond Studio to develop a design for their new global headquarters within the former factory. Weir Phillips Heritage and Planning provided heritage consultancy services throughout the design, approval and construction phases.
The project demonstrates how innovative and sympathetic design can celebrate history and significance whilst delivering a modern and creative workspace.
