Caerleon, Bellevue Hill

Built in 1885, ‘Caerleon’ is considered to be one of the earliest and finest examples of the Queen Anne Federation Style in Sydney.

Weir Phillips Heritage and Planning have worked closely with Phillip Arnold of Plus Minus Design on a number of different projects including alterations and additions to the dwelling, restoration of the original gateposts and gates and, more recently, the sensitive introduction of the ‘stealth pavilion gym’ within the historic grounds.
