Coodye House, High Street, Millers Point

Weir Phillips Heritage and Planning worked with architect Virginia Kerridge to sensitively amalgamate two dilapidated Federation era flats in Millers Point into a single-family residence. The flats are listed on the NSW State Heritage Register.

The project required a high attention to detail and a sensitive touch to ensure the significant fabric of the building was conserved and celebrated whilst allowing for the creation of a comfortable and welcoming family home.

Reports produced included a Heritage Impact Statement, photographic archival recording and reports for certification.
