Weir Phillips Heritage and Planning provided heritage advice and guidance on the adaptive reuse of the Blacksmith’s Workshop at Eveleigh Carriage works.  Earthquake strengthening measures were successfully integrated without compromising the significance of the heritage structure.  An interpretation plan was prepared and implemented for what is now a thriving and popular market.
