Elliot has a Graduate Diploma of Heritage Conservation, a Master of Museum and Heritage Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) majoring in Ancient History and History.
Having joined Weir Phillips Heritage and Planning in 2018, Elliot has primarily worked in heritage assessment and historical research for small-scale residential properties, state agency developments as well as large commercial projects. Elliot’s work often takes him across NSW, to many rural and remote areas. He has a keen understanding of the complexities of heritage listings in rural Australia with the realities of undertaking change.
Elliot has a wide-ranging knowledge of resources to use for research, as well as an eye for detail and clarity that enables the production of comprehensive, easy-to-read histories.
