Weir Phillips Heritage and Planning assisted Architects Nicholas and Associates with the sensitive renovation this heritage listed c.1925 Villa. Originally designed by Kenneth Webb and altered by F Glynn Gilling in 1932 the renovations retained the original Inter War Mediterranean Style with Georgian influences whilst seamlessly incorporating contemporary design elements with sensitivity and respect for the property’s history.
